Mission & Outreach
Serving Our Neighbors—Near and Far
Mission & Outreach at North Community Church is about showing up: locally, regionally, and sometimes far from home—when the opportunity is right.
What Mission & Outreach Means Here
Mission isn’t a side project—it’s part of our worship in action. Throughout the year we support trusted community partners, respond to local needs, and offer hands-on ways to volunteer. We also celebrate past adult mission trips that brought our church family together in service and friendship.
Want to help but not sure where you fit? Email the church office and we’ll match you with an opportunity.

Ways You Can Get Involved
There are many ways to help—some are hands-on, some are behind the scenes, and some are “I have 30 minutes and a minivan.”
- Volunteer with a local mission partner (one-time or ongoing)
- Donate items when needs arise (seasonal drives)
- Support outreach financially
- Help with organizing, packing, setup, or deliveries
- Join a service project when scheduled
Adult Mission Trips
Adult mission trips have been a meaningful part of our outreach story—bringing people together to serve, learn, and build lasting relationships. Trip plans can vary from year to year based on partner needs, timing, and logistics. When a trip is confirmed, details and sign-ups will be posted here.
Highlights from Past Trips
In past years, teams have traveled to support recovery and community-building efforts—including work in Biloxi, Mississippi and other locations. Projects often include hands-on repair, support work, and service alongside local partners.
