Children & Youth
Children's Programs
North Community Church is an intergenerational congregation and children participate fully in communion and worship while also having their own space for support and belonging.
Our Children’s Programs take place every Sunday for children ages Kindergarten through 5th grade. While children are always welcome to stay with their adults for Worship, our programs present a wonderful opportunity for children to learn, worship, and grow in community with their peers. Our program is a fun, engaging way to build faith, knowledge, and community in our youngest members.
Additionally, childcare is offered weekly for infants, toddlers, and pre-K.
What to expect
Location
Children’s programs take place across the street from the Church at Friendship Hall.
Where to meet
Each Sunday, families with children gather in the Sanctuary for Worship at 10am.
After a Children’s Moment, around 10:10am, the children are released to the care of our Sunday School Teacher and walk across the street together as a group.
Pickup & Fellowship
At the end of the worship service, parents reunite with their children at Friendship Hall where both adults and children are welcome to participate in Fellowship for coffee and refreshments.
