Adult Mission
Get involved... We'd love you to join us!
North Community Church has always had a strong sense of outreach and mission. It is in our DNA and is evidenced by our commitment to helping those in our community, this country and beyond.
The Adult Mission Returns to Biloxi, MS in November 2023
The Adult Mission started following in the footsteps of our youth in 2009 when we traveled to Biloxi, MS and started working with Back Bay Mission.
Back Bay has been helping people out in the Mississippi Gulf region for over 100 years. In the years following Hurricane Katrina we have worked on rebuilding homes that were destroyed during Katrina and we do so much more.

There are more ways to get involved...
The adult mission group also has worked locally with Father Bills Main Spring providing lunches, care packages and other items they need.
Some of the other organizations that we have worked with locally include: The Greater Boston Food Bank, Cradles to Crayons, The Marshfield Boys & Girls Club.
You don’t have to be a member of NCC in order to participate in adult mission you just have to have a willingness to help those in need and have a big heart. Having a strong back also comes in handy but isn’t a requirement as we find ways to make sure that all who want to be involved can be.
For more information you can contact Stephen Halko-Sheehan.
