Holiday Details
A message from Rev. Andrew: We have a lot to look forward to this holiday season!
I am really excited about this Advent season that we have put together here at North Community Church. We are offering meaningful times of connection for people of all ages and needs. We are blessed by so many people sharing their time and gifts with us this Advent.
Here are some of the highlights I want to invite you to attend and/or help to invite others to experience:
9:00am-2:00pm this Saturday in Friendship Hall
This is always a joyous time to connect with each other and support our church and local vendors.
3:00pm-4:30pm on Saturday, December 14 in Friendship Hall
All children and their families and others in the neighborhood are welcome to join us for this afternoon of holiday fun and community. Guests are encouraged to bring new, unwrapped toys for the kids at Carolina Hill.
Sunday, December 15 at 10:00am
This will be a special Sunday to be a part of as we continue to create the future of our church and community together. During worship all those present who feel called to pledge for our Annual Stewardship campaign will be invited to bring their pledge cards forward. Our worship service will conclude across the street at Friendship Hall where we will rededicate this building that is so special in the life of our congregation and community.
Wednesday, December 18
Sanctuary Open for Prayer & Support- 6:00pm
Worship Service- 7:00pm
This is a special evening for anyone who needs some community and care during this season. During the time that the Sanctuary is open for prayer there will be candles you can light for persons and situations heavy in your heart. Rev. Andrew will be available to pray with you during this time.
Sunday, December 22 at 10:00am
Our youth are organizing this intergenerational Christmas Pageant. There are parts for children, youth, and adults. Please sign-up for a specific role via this Google Doc.
Christmas Eve Worship Services

We are offering two services this year, including the beloved late service. No childcare will be available. Children are welcome in worship at both services.
Featuring our choir, the story of Christmas told through scripture, a Christmas message by Rev. Andrew, and Silent Night by candlelight
A time to welcome the light of Christ into the world by singing some of our favorite carols by candlelight, sharing a message with Rev. Andrew, hearing the story through scripture, and praying together
