Betsy is a former Inclusion Director responsible for the development and implementation of programming for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities for the YMCA Hanover & Quincy Branches, Camp Clark & Camp Quirk, The Natural Science Center, Early Learning Centers in Quincy & Hanover, and After School programs throughout the South Shore. She is an Applied Behavioral Analysis professional who has worked with the Department of Developmental Services, Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, and private agencies.

She has 23 years of experience creating and instructing youth and adult programs for Scituate, Norwell, Hingham and Cohasset Recreation Departments- this would include coordinating the Special Olympics of Massachusetts track & field program. 

Betsy believes that each person is unique and valuable, and with positive reinforcement we can provide the opportunity for all children to shine- especially our NCC Children.
