DESCRIPTION:Join us for Project Gratitude\, a heartfelt initiative to express appreciation to those who serve and support the Marshfield community. This ongoing event brings us together to write thank-you cards to individuals within local businesses and organizations. It’s a small but meaningful way to say “thank you” and recognize the kindness and hard work of those around us. \nHow It Works: \n\nWe gather after Sunday worship or once a month on a weekday to write messages of gratitude.\nAll stationery is provided.\nAfterward\, volunteers deliver the thank-you cards along with homemade treats to the featured organization. If you’re interested in baking treats to add a sweet touch to our gratitude\, we’d love your help!\n\nOur first round of appreciation is dedicated to the staff of Star Market. Let’s come together and celebrate their contributions! \nPlease note date\, time and location for each as they vary. DESCRIPTION:Teen in a Hoodie is a two-day event for High School aged students taking place at NCC Parish House over two days: Monday and Wednesday 2/19 & 2/21 from 10:30am to 2:30pm. \nRSVP NOW at MarshfieldFACTS.org \nStudents will work with Master Grafitti Artists Jessica and Jay Mac to create a large canvas with the group\, depicting visuals that represent responses to social and emotional scenarios young people face and experiences with substances and mental health challenges.  The result will be a visual display for the community to see and hear the voices of young people. \nEach person will create their own graffiti canvas and individual messages that resonate will be displayed with the large canvas. \nOpen to all high school-aged students\, snacks and lunch will be provided.  Bring a friend\, or 2\, and please register all participants. \nThe canvas will be shared with the community during an unveiling reception at JPH at Ferry Hill in March (details available soon). \nBe prepared to attend on two days\, Monday (2/19) and Wednesday (2/21) from 1030am to 2:30pm\nSponsored by 24-Hour Power\, Mass Cultural Council\, and Marshfield FACTS
